DO YOU BUY CLOTHES FROM INDIVIDUALS?

No, we do not buy clothes from individuals.

CAN WE GET A REFUND IF IT DOESN'T GO IN STORE? AND ONLINE ? 

If an item you have purchased is not suitable for you:

 At the store: we exchange or refund under conditions: the purchase was made within 14 days,   the label must still be attached to the garment and with presentation of the receipt ._cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

On line: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by e-mail to friphipster@gmail.com within 14 days of the order, specifying the reference of the item you wish to return to us. Please provide us with your order number and ensure that the label is still attached to the garment. The refund will be made to the bank account used to purchase the order, with the exception of return shipping costs, which will remain your responsibility.

Reimbursement of the item(s) will be made automatically to the bank account used for the purchase.

ARE ONLINE ITEMS AVAILABLE IN STORE?

For organizational reasons, clothes available online  are only available online, and clothes available in store are only available in store.
